If you are from the Scottish Highlands, Offshore Scotland or Overseas, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.
We carefully make, inspect and package all of our Racks & Stands before they leave our workshop. Our Racks are delivered by professional courier usually within 3-4 weeks and our Stands by Royal Mail usually within 2-3 weeks - you will be contacted in advance to confirm this so please check your Spam/Trash folders in case our initial email is automatically redirected!
All our products are sold with a 48-hour approval period enabling you to comfortably evaluate your purchase and determine if it’s right for you. We ask you to please inspect it when it arrives to ensure that its condition is totally satisfactory. Should you decide to return it to us, please notify us via phone or email within the 48 Hours - we will not discuss any returns after this time. If you are sending the Stand/Rack back to us, you must ensure it is packed to the same standards in which it was received, using all the supplied packaging - you have a duty to take reasonable care whilst the Stand/Rack is in your possession. If it is clear that you have NOT taken reasonable care this may affect your right to a full refund. Once we are satisfied the Stand/Rack has been returned to us undamaged we will immediately provide you with a full refund less the cost of its return.
An order can only be accepted when payment has been received. You have up to 24hrs to cancel and receive a full refund but if you decide to cancel after this we will only be able to refund you 50% as we will have already started making your Stand/Rack.
GUITAR FINISH COMPATIBILITY:
We are a very small family business passionate about making our Oak Wood Guitar Stands & Racks to the highest standards and in 5 years we have effectively tested literally thousands of guitars on our high density foam padded and real leather channels. We have recently begun offering Felt coated foam channels to customers who have Nitrocellulose finished guitars (please contact us to discuss) however the scale and variety of finishing lacquers produced and used by guitar manufacturers over many decades, has made it impossible for ANY Stand manufacturer to test all of them and absolutely "guarantee" their stands 100% nitro-safe. We therefore advise our customers to first consult their guitar's handbook for any specific information regarding its safe storage and to always keep a watchful eye on all the contact points between their guitars and any new guitar stand (not just one of ours) for small, initial signs of a chemical reaction with the paintwork (marking/marring).
